AI is reshaping every industry on earth, and right now, almost no one has figured out how to govern it. Trustible exists to meet that challenge. We're building the platform that lets the world's largest organizations move fast with AI and prove they're doing it responsibly.
We're an AI-native Public Benefit Corporation headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, backed by over $6M in venture funding from investors betting on trustworthy AI as one of the defining infrastructure categories of the decade. We've grown fast, we're winning enterprise customers in some of the most impactful industries in the world, and we're still small enough that a senior engineer here shapes real architecture decisions, not just tickets.
role
The Role We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build out Trustible's agentic AI capabilities. This is a backend-heavy engineering role. You'll spend your time writing MCP tool integrations, building agentic data pipelines, and architecting the infrastructure that lets AI agents act reliably inside our platform. You'll also work across our broader Django stack when the work calls for it.
The ideal candidate is a strong systems engineer who's genuinely curious about agentic AI and wants to build the infrastructure behind it, not just talk about it. You bring deep backend skill, and we'll give you a fast-moving, high-leverage problem to point it at.
Because this is a senior position, you'll operate with real autonomy. You'll make architecture calls, shape scope, and mentor other engineers as the team grows.
What You'll Do Design and build MCP tool integrations connecting our platform to model providers and external systems Architect data pipelines that ingest, structure, and process AI agent outputs at scale Build and maintain core platform features in Django and Python, alongside the agentic work Make sound tradeoffs between build speed and long-term maintainability, and be able to defend those calls Partner with our CTO on technical architecture for the agentic roadmap Set technical standards for agentic development that other engineers can follow as the team grows Debug and harden systems in production, since agent behavior surfaces failure modes that traditional software doesn't
What You Bring 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience, with real depth in Python Strong experience with Django or a comparable web framework, and comfort working across a full stack when needed Experience building data pipelines: ingestion, transformation, and reliable processing at scale Familiarity with LLM tool-calling patterns, MCP, or similar agent-orchestration concepts, with genuine excitement about going deeper here Strong systems thinking. You reason naturally about failure modes, retries, idempotency, and data consistency A track record of finding good patterns in ambiguous, fast-moving technical spaces Excellent written communication. You can document a design decision clearly enough that someone else can pick it up and run
Nice to Have Experience with async Python (asyncio, FastAPI, or similar) for streaming or long-running agent workloads Prior experience at an early or growth-stage startup Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, or RAG architectures Experience with AWS infrastructure (RDS, Redis, or similar)
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $145,000 - $165,000, commensurate with experience Meaningful equity in an early-stage, venture-backed company Health, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO

We're an AI-native Public Benefit Corporation headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, backed by over $6M in venture funding from investors betting on trustworthy AI as one of the defining infrastructure categories of the decade. We're winning enterprise customers in some of the most impactful industries in the world, and this role sits right at the point where our platform meets their reality.
role
The Role We're hiring a Solutions Engineer to be the technical face of Trustible for our customers. You'll lead data migrations, configure the platform for each customer's environment, and build integrations with the tools they already use. This is hands-on technical work: you'll be in the data, in the config, and sometimes in the code, solving real problems for real organizations trying to get AI governance right.
We call this AI governance enablement because the job is bigger than "get the platform running." You're helping each customer's rollout reflect how their organization actually governs AI, so the platform earns trust and becomes something teams rely on rather than another item to check off.
What You'll Do Lead customer data migrations into Trustible, including mapping, transformation, and validation Configure the platform to match each customer's governance structure, workflows, and permissions model Build and maintain integrations between Trustible and customer tools (ML platforms, ticketing systems, identity providers, and similar) Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding and beyond, partnering closely with engineering on the trickiest ones Work with customer teams to understand their AI governance program and translate that into platform configuration Contribute to internal tooling and scripts that make onboarding faster and more repeatable Document integration patterns and configuration playbooks so the team can scale without reinventing the work each time
What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role: solutions engineering, implementation, technical account management, or similar Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with customer data during migration and transformation Experience with API integrations and enough backend fluency to troubleshoot issues confidently and know when to bring in engineering Excellent communication skills. You move easily between explaining a technical constraint to a business stakeholder and working through details with a customer's engineering team Real curiosity about AI governance, risk, or compliance, and an eagerness to build expertise in the space Comfort with ambiguity. Every customer's environment and requirements look a little different, and you enjoy figuring out the right approach each time
Nice to Have Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, SageMaker, or similar) Exposure to cybersecurity or GRC tooling (Vanta, OneTrust, ServiceNow GRC, or similar) Experience in legaltech, cybersecurity, or another regulated/compliance-driven market Prior experience at an early or growth-stage startup
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $125,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experience Meaningful equity in an early-stage, venture-backed company Health, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO

We're winning enterprise customers in some of the most impactful industries in the world, and this role sits right where our platform meets their reality.
role
The Role We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers after they've signed, building the connectors and integrations that plug their environment into Trustible. This is a core app engineering role. The code you write lands in our main codebase, not a one-off script living outside it, and it needs to hold up the same way any other production feature does.
You'll spend real time with customer technical teams to understand what they need to integrate (their AI tools, data sources, identity systems, and similar), then go build it directly in our Django app. The work is customer-driven, but the craft bar is the same as any other engineer on the team. Over time you'll build a strong sense of which integration patterns are common enough to generalize, and you'll shape how the platform's connector architecture evolves as a result.
Some travel is expected for on-site customer meeting.
What You'll Do Design and build connectors and integrations directly in Trustible's core Django application Work with customer technical teams to scope what a given integration actually needs to do Write production-quality code that meets the same standards as the rest of the platform: tested, reviewed, and maintainable Identify integration patterns that show up across customers and turn them into reusable, general-purpose capabilities Debug integration issues in live customer environments and trace them back to root cause in the core app Partner with core engineering on architecture decisions that affect how connectors are built platform-wide Travel occasionally for on-site customer engagements, roughly 10% of your time What You Bring 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with real depth in Python Strong experience with Django or a comparable backend framework, and comfort contributing to a shared, actively developed codebase Experience building integrations against external APIs, and a good sense for how to design one that will hold up beyond the first customer Strong debugging instincts. You can trace a problem through a system you didn't originally build and fix it at the source Comfort working directly with customers to scope technical requirements, not just receiving a finished spec Excellent communication skills. You can sit with a customer's engineers, understand their constraints, and turn that into a clear plan for what to build Comfort with some travel for on-site customer work Nice to Have Prior experience in a forward deployed, integrations, or platform engineering role Experience with AWS infrastructure (RDS, Redis, or similar) Familiarity with MLOps tools or cybersecurity/GRC platforms Experience in legaltech, cybersecurity, or another regulated/compliance-driven market Prior experience at an early or growth-stage startup Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $145,000-$180,000, commensurate with experience Meaningful equity in an early-stage, venture-backed company Health, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO 401(k)

AI is reshaping every industry on earth, and right now, almost no one has figured out how to govern it. This is the defining challenge of the new technology era we just entered. Trustible exists to meet that challenge. We're building the platform that lets the world's largest organizations move fast with AI and prove they're doing it responsibly. The window to get this right is narrow, the stakes are enormous, and we're hiring the people who want to be at the center of it .
We're an AI-native Public Benefit Corporation headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, backed by over $6M in venture funding from investors betting on trustworthy AI as one of the defining infrastructure categories of the decade. We've grown fast, we're winning enterprise customers in some of the most impactful industries in the world, and we're still small enough that a Technical PM here shapes the product roadmap directly, not through three layers of process. If you want to work on a genuinely hard, genuinely new problem at a startup with real traction in the DC area, this is that role.
role
The Role We're hiring a Technical Product Manager who will work closely with our CTO and co-founder to build the product roadmap, then get into the details and execute it. You'll write technical requirements, work through UI/UX with design, support product launches, and stay close enough to the work to understand exactly what's being built and why.
This role sits closer to engineering than a typical PM role. You should be able to reason through how we'd integrate with AI platforms and model providers, help scope out data pipelines for AI agent outputs, and write requirements detailed enough that engineering can build against them without a lot of back and forth. We're not expecting someone who writes production code day to day, but you need to be fluent enough in how the systems work to catch problems before they get expensive.
We also think about AI governance as something that makes AI better, not just a compliance checkbox. Clarity and oversight speed up AI adoption rather than slowing it down, and we want someone who gets that instinctively rather than leaning too hard on the regulatory angle.
The role spans both ends of the platform. You'll own bread and butter enterprise software work like permissions and workflows, and you'll also work on autonomousflashier surfaces like AI agents. We need someone humble enough to do both well and move between them without treating one as more important.
You'll also need a real feel for where AI itself is heading, since governance only works if the product keeps pace with how fast the technology changes. All product management roles are also business roles, so you’ll need to be comfortable with being customer-facing and extremely business literate.
This is an individual contributor role. You won't manage anyone, and your leverage comes from the quality of your thinking and execution.
Who You'll Work With Our CTO and CEO , on roadmap and strategy The AI team , researching AI governance practices and informing how the platform should evolve The AI policy team , leading interpretation and analysis of AI regulations Engineering , building the platform day to day What You'll Do Work directly with our CTO and co-founder to shape the product roadmap, then take ownership of executing it Write detailed technical requirements, working through both the underlying system design and the UI/UX with design and engineering Help scope integrations with AI platforms and model providers, and help design data pipelines for ingesting, structuring, and using AI agent outputs Own both foundational enterprise workflows (permissions, admin tooling, review and approval flows) and newer, higher-profile capabilities like AI agents, giving both the same level of rigor Track how the AI landscape is evolving (new model capabilities, new categories of risk, new patterns of enterprise adoption) and translate what you learn into concrete product and technical decisions Make the business case for governance features in terms of value, not just risk avoidance, showing how they lead to faster AI adoption, better decisions, and stronger executive confidence Partner with engineering to scope and sequence work realistically, and partner with customers and prospects to pressure-test ideas before they get built Engage directly with customers to gather feedback on pain points and new product capabilities Define success metrics that connect what you ship to real outcomes, not vanity metrics What You Bring 6+ years of product management experience, with a substantial track record in B2B SaaS Experience in risk, legaltech, cybersecurity, or an adjacent regulated/compliance-driven market. You don't need to be a regulatory expert, but you understand this buyer and this kind of software Real technical depth. You can understand how to integrate with AI platforms and model providers, reason through how a data pipeline for AI agent outputs should be structured, and write technical requirements detailed enough for engineering to build against Strong UI/UX instincts and real skill at gathering requirements. You can sit with an ambiguous problem, ask the right questions, and turn it into something design and engineering can build, on both the technical and the user-facing side Solid working knowledge of AI and ML, and genuine interest in tracking where the technology is heading. You read about new models and new capabilities because you want to, not because it's required Comfort operating at both ends of the spectrum: unglamorous but essential enterprise features (permissions, workflows, admin surfaces) and newer, more visible capabilities like AI agents. You don't need every project to be the exciting one A bias toward getting into the details. You're glad to shape strategy with the CTO, and just as glad to spend an afternoon in Claude Design, a data schema, or a requirements doc Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable moving between a deeply technical conversation with engineering and a business conversation with an executive buyer Based in or willing to relocate to the DC metro area, with the ability to work hybrid from our Arlington office Must have current US work authorization; we're not able to sponsor visas for this role Nice to Have Prior experience at an early or growth-stage startup, where you've had to build product processes as much as product itself Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic features, not just AI-adjacent products A background in computer science, engineering, or a hands-on technical role earlier in your career Exposure to how enterprise risk, compliance, or internal audit functions actually operate day to day Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $175,000-$215,000, commensurate with experience Meaningful equity in an early-stage, venture-backed company Health, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO 401(k)
