We are seeking an exceptional Contract Recruiter to support our Sales hiring efforts. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and help deliver a high-quality recruiting experience from kickoff through close. You will bring a strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to identifying top talent.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, partnering closely with stakeholders, and using data and insight to improve hiring outcomes. What You ll Do
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales roles, from intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and close.
Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive recruiting strategy for open sales requisitions.
Lead and facilitate key recruiting steps such as kickoff meetings, sourcing sessions, hiring strategy discussions, and panel preparation.
Build strong relationships with hiring teams and ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the recruiting process.
Proactively monitor recruiting performance and use data such as time in stage, conversion rates, and offer activity to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze hiring data and generate actionable insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and decision-making.
What you Bring:
Recruiting experience in sales/commerical organizations
Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy.
Comfort using recruiting data to manage pipeline health and guide decisions.
Strong judgment around prioritization, candidate evaluation, and process improvement.

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter with 1-5years of experience.
Any experience in the Technical staffing industry is highly valued; preferably with knowledge in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility or IT staffing industries. Applicants should have: good verbal and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, strong knowledge of desktop applications, and be self-motivated.
Required:
Must be able to submit at least 10 fully vetted candidates per week.
Must be able to contact at least 300 candidates per week
Must be able to fill at least 30 positions per year.
Must be comfortable with making at least 6 figures per year.
Responsibilities will include identifying, sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing candidates for technical positions. Training will be provided. The position comes with a base salary + commission + Benefits.
Previous experience working in a fast paced environment is highly preferred!
