Simex Windows, a Cornerstone Building Brands company, is hosting an on-site Hiring Event on Wednesday, September 23 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 181 Pleasants Industrial Center, St. Marys, WV 26170. No appointment is necessary. Come meet our team and learn about open opportunities.
- Starting pay: $17.00/hour
- Pay increases to $18.00/hour upon successful completion of training
- Night shift differential: $1.25/hour additional
- Pay for Skill Program available - your pay grows as your skills grow
- Rotating 4/3/3/4 shift schedule: only 14 working days per 28-day cycle
- 8-day consecutive break plus 2-day breaks built into rotation
- Day Shift: 5:40 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:40 PM - 6:00 AM
- All training completed on day shift
- Follow all safety rules, guidelines, and procedures at all times
- Perform end-of-line quality checks including cut length, surface, and finseal inspections
- Stack and pack vinyl lineals according to rack drawings and operator paperwork
- Assist with extrusion line setups, shutdowns, and changeovers
- Maintain daily housekeeping standards
- Support other production departments as needed
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisor
