Providing oversight of a large contracted effort supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division at NAWCAD WOLF
FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Requirements
Master's degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline and ten years of relevant experience; OR a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or business discipline and 14 years of relevant experience
Of the minimum years of relevant experience, at least five of those years must include experience providing engineering or technical management for U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense programs
Demonstrated experience as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the entire contracted effort overseeing multiple areas
Demonstrated experience successfully managing execution of contract requirements
Experience with management of multiple C5ISR platforms
Demonstrated experience as the primary interface and point of contact with the Government COR on technical and project issues
Desired Skills
Program Management experience in direct support of NAWCAD WOLF
Experience managing a large contractor staff (>150 FTE)
Experience managing multiple subcontractors

Directing the efforts of cross functional teams and subordinate managers across multiple operational sites, establishing program goals and procedures while managing all contractual and financial aspects of the program

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and ten years of relevant experience
Or an Associate’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and two years additional work experience
Or High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and six years additional work experience
Of the minimum years of experience required, at least 5 of those years must be as a manager of a production facility
Extensive experience as the primary interface and single point of authority for the entire contracted effort
Experience providing strategic leadership and executive oversight, holding ultimate accountability for contract performance, financial execution, and customer satisfaction
Experience directing the efforts of cross functional teams and subordinate managers across multiple operational sites
