As the project integrator, this position will interact with other project managers to assess requirements, create and coordinate specialized training that delivers support for the customer. The ideal candidate has experience with tailored IC web-based training series effectively enhance skills in a fast-paced team environment. Strong written and oral communication skills are critical to effectively capture and articulate requirements from and to both customers and internal teams. The candidate must be at ease working in an environment with little supervision and understanding what is needed for deliverables.  Should be passionate about training along with a continuous improvement and innovation.

GCI is currently seeking an Engineering Program Manager to manage the technical execution of medium-to-large Engineering efforts. The primary focus of this position is to manage and monitor the development, O&M of robust hybrid comms infrastructure. To include facility management, logistical, budget and schedule oversight. Manage available resources to maintain business operations and peak performance. The successful candidate must be well organized, have a high-level of attention to detail, and be a self-starter.
