Overview As a Louisiana Resident Agent, you will be accountable for managing workload issues across teams and/or clients and tracking their productivity as a whole. The Purchasing Manager will partner closely with branch leadership, operations, service teams, and key suppliers to optimize total cost, improve inventory performance, mitigate supply risk, and develop scalable strategies that support growth across the division. Success in this role means balancing service, cost, and operational readiness while building strong supplier relationships and delivering measurable value to the business.
