The Recycling Ops Facility Manager II reports directly to the Recycling Ops District Manager, Recycling Ops General Manager or the Recycling Ops Regional General Manager and has a primary focus on driving, guiding, and influencing the support mechanisms that streamline and coordinate the overall operational effectiveness and efficiency of the assigned operations. The ROS monitors and coordinates nonferrous receiving activities to optimize efficiency of receiving, stockpiling, and processing operations, product shipping and profit maximization. The incumbent is required to effectively coordinate nonferrous processing activities with supervisory staff, commercial operations, peers, and subordinate personnel. The ROS is responsible for: inventory management; utilization of personnel and equipment to maximize processing capacity; and shipping activities. The Director, Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for all manufacturing-related functions for the Pennsylvania based MedTech business unit, Secant Group, part of the Solesis family of companies. The Director partners with key leaders including production planning, manufacturing operations, materials management, manufacturing engineering, and site administration. This role is responsible for translating corporate strategy into actionable operating plans that drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and support business growth.
