POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Director is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of Norfolk, Virginia, properties, ensuring they remain safe, attractive, and comfortable. Accountable for achieving financial operation and maintenance metrics. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing preventive maintenance programs, safety and compliance, performing property and equipment inspections, maintaining the project inventory, supervising personnel, assigning maintenance tasks, preparing work schedules, and ensuring compliance with all maintenance-related policies. The typical scope of responsibility is 950+ units.
