POSITION SUMMARY: All Together Recovery LLC (ATR), provides multiple levels of ASAM SUD/BHSO care, including recovery housing, education, job training, employment, and other recovery related extensions to the family in for-profit and non-profit environments. ATR is not a medical facility but recognizes that individuals participating in our programs who are recovering from addiction will also have physical health needs. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for general oversight of clients while participating in ATR. The RN is responsible for managing health issues and coordinating health care for the clients in accordance with all state and federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care (assessment of health status, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of client status). At times the RN may be utilized to cover psychoeducational or clinical groups in coordination with the Clinical Program Director. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRMENTS: Must have a valid Kentucky driver’s license. Participate in all necessary staff meetings. Be proficient in all ATR rules, policies, and procedures. Model servant leadership. Operate with integrity in all circumstances. Communicate effectively and be responsive to verbal and written correspondences. Monitors the med room and manages staff that are involved in medication management. Monitor and evaluate medical progress and modify treatment as needed. Assess new intakes to determine medical conditions that may impact recovery, need for prescription medications, identify existing or potential medical problems that may not have previously been diagnosed. Participate as a therapeutic team member for staff and clients in appropriate counseling situations. Educate clients and staff regarding disease processes and self-management of chronic conditions. Adhere to all policies/procedures related to medical processes and medication management, infection control, etc. Maintain relationships with local pharmacies, medical/dental and labs as well as other medical facilities. Will provide mandatory on call coverage as needed by ATR. Will assist in providing coverage for clinical/ psychoeducational groups at times. BACKGROUND/EDUCATION: Must have a minimum of an associate degree in nursing. Must possess current, valid, and unrestricted license from the state of Kentucky licensing board. Prefer medical SUD background and experience working with various funding streams and ability to collaborate well with authorization and billing department. Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.

THE POSITION: The Medical Receptionist-Translator provides office support services that will create an environment where every person feels welcomed and is shown respect and empathy. The current vacancy is for a Spanish-speaking translator. The incumbent is expected to work in accordance with the mission, purpose, and values of the Colusa Indian Community Council. Maintain personal appearance, workstation and waiting area in compliance with clinical confidentiality and patient service protocols; Answer telephones courteously, make appointments and take messages according to protocols; Greet patients and visitors warmly at the front desk and provide both registration and exit support services; Performs medical interpretation/translation for patients and their families, including in-group setting, such as family conferences; Make notations in the patient's chart indicating the origin of the request for interpretation or translation, the nature of the service provided (such as interpreting treatment orders or pharmacy instructions), and an assessment of the patient's understanding and level of acceptance of the information; Translates correspondence, medical histories, medical consent forms, medical procedures and instructions, legal documents, manuals, brochures and other pertinent documents as necessary; Assess patient/family comprehension of "informed consent" as needed. Advise physician/patient care staff of any need for clarification; Document insurance eligibility and inform patients of the estimated services cost and their treatment plan payment requirements; Prepare clinical records for patients’ visit with the provider; Process route slips and return to Billing Coordinator; Balance daily cash receipts and cash bag; Assist clinical staff in maintenance and filing of completed patient records; Collaborate with all coworkers in performing duties required to provide patient-focused services that meet all regulatory and licensing standards; Maintain high confidentiality standards at all times.  Is required to sign a confidentiality statement upon acceptance of employment; May perform other duties commensurate with the functions and level of the position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education : A High School graduate or equivalent Experience: One (1) year plus years of experience working in a similar setting Licensing and Other Qualifications: Maintains current CPR certification Language: Bi-lingual in Spanish SUPERVISORIAL DUTIES: None ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: Exceptional customer service skills; Is tactful, poised, pleasant and diplomatic, exhibiting a positive, professional demeanor to peers, patients, physicians and visitors. Must be organized, flexible and versatile with the ability to function effectively in stressful situations; Must be eager and enthusiastic in promoting the general philosophy of the facility; Dedicated hard worker with ability to report to work on a daily basis. Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools Apply varnish and other finishes.
