Prioritizes and assigns tasks and performs assessments of daily work area to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
Base Systems & Standard Work – Ensures technical compliance with OSHA requirements outlined in the safety manual and other identified documentation with a focus on team discipline in the lockout/tag-out process.
Supports the safety incident reporting and investigation process. Supports the plant’s quality requirements and reaction plans within the Statistical Quality Control system.
Ensures that the team's production meets established standards and objectives for output and staffing.
Serves as the help chain for the team when problems or deviations occur.
Drives effective problem solving at the front-line level in a timely matter and activates the help chain when problems can't be resolved.
Ensures resources are managed and adjusted to optimize team performance. Drives continuous improvement activities within the team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree in a technical field or in business preferred.
Five (5) years of manufacturing experience and/or three (3) years of leadership experience preferred
Willing to work 6:30pm-6:30am on a 2-2-3 schedule
