Our Story TopDog Law is not your typical law firm. We're a nationally scaling personal injury firm built for impact and growth — owning the client experience end-to-end, from marketing and intake through litigation. We believe that world-class marketing, paired with exceptional legal talent and operations, creates better experiences and outcomes for clients and the business alike.
Over the past three years, we've grown 2–3x year over year, setting a new standard on the marketing side of the personal injury space and proving what's possible when strategy, speed, and execution align. The Opportunity
The Case Manager Lead is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and execution of the pre-litigation case management team within the pod. This role ensures cases are properly investigated, documented, and progressed toward demand preparation and settlement.
The Case Manager Lead acts as the operational leader for the case manager team, ensuring case managers execute consistently, maintain organized files, and follow firm workflows and documentation standards. This role partners closely with the Pre-Litigation Attorney, who provides legal direction and strategy for cases.

Case Investigation & Documentation Oversight Monitor progress of medical record collection and documentation gathering Ensure case files contain required documentation and supporting evidence Confirm liability and damages documentation is organized and complete Review case files for completeness prior to escalation to the attorney Maintain strong case file organization and documentation discipline 4.
