Overview:
- Develop, manage, and maintain high volume project timelines from initiation through completion while coordinating deliverables across internal departments.
- Support print, digital, and video marketing initiatives by managing project workflows and ensuring timely trafficking through agency channels.
- Facilitate clear, accurate, and timely communication between internal teams, clients, and agency partners to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and assist with resolving issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Track daily time allocation and project-related expenses to support accurate reporting and financial accountability.
- Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and cross-functional departments to execute project initiatives successfully.
- Assist assigned Client Ad Agency Account Managers with project coordination, status updates, and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reporting tools to support visibility and workflow management.
- Ensure compliance with company-wide financial policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Analyze project data and performance metrics to support process improvements and operational decision-making.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Support budget tracking and resource management to promote successful project completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of ad agency experience required; will not consider candidates without ad agency experience.
Pharmaceutical (not healthcare) experience highly preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written

We are looking for an experienced Generalist IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end technology projects in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities:
