Job Description

• The (url removed) Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions within the (url removed) Work Management platform. T
• his role partners with business stakeholders, product managers, and functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient, user-friendly workflows and digital solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience within (url removed), with expertise in solution architecture, board design, workflow optimization, and platform governance.
• They will create and maintain solutions that support intake, execution, reporting, and portfolio management processes across the organization.
• This individual will serve as a key resource for designing and enhancing (url removed) solutions that improve operational efficiency, increase visibility into work, and support business transformation initiatives.
• They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend scalable approaches, implement new capabilities, and continuously improve existing solutions.
• The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance technical platform expertise with business process improvement objectives.
• In addition, the (url removed) Developer will contribute to continuous platform innovation by evaluating new capabilities, integration opportunities and automation enhancements within the (url removed) ecosystem.
• The successful candidate will support solution delivery from requirements through deployment, provide ongoing platform support, and help drive user adoption through effective documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential for delivering solutions that create measurable business value and enable operational excellence.

Requirements 

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience administering and developing solutions within the (url removed) Work Management platform.
• Experience designing scalable solutions, workflows, and business processes using (url removed).
• Strong understanding of (url removed) architecture, including workspaces, boards, dashboards, permissions, and governance best practices.
• Experience configuring automations, integrations, connected boards, and advanced reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience with APIs, data integrations, and enterprise applications is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $64.00-$66.00 per hour.
