Responsibilities:
The IT Manager is responsible for the performance, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of the Company's information technology environment. This position is the functional owner of IT operations, cybersecurity coordination, technology planning, vendor management, and end-user support services. This position is accountable for departmental performance and is expected to independently prioritize work, execute technology initiatives, manage resources, and provide leadership with recommendations and escalation only when matters exceed established authority or present material business risk.
Independently manage routine IT operations, technology implementations, vendor relationships, user support activities, and cybersecurity compliance requirements. Escalate matters involving significant operational disruption, cybersecurity incidents, substantial financial impact, legal exposure, or other material business risks.
Identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and support corporate growth objectives.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation to support operational consistency, cybersecurity compliance, and organizational growth.
Develop, maintain, and execute the Company's IT strategy and technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve security, scalability, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Own the management and performance of third-party IT service providers, including service delivery oversight, escalation management, contract performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead the Company's cybersecurity and information assurance activities in coordination with the Facility Security Officer and external service providers, including vulnerability management, incident response readiness, system hardening, access control governance, and compliance activities.
Establish departmental priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload distribution to ensure effective delivery of IT services and strategic initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop IT personnel, including workload management, quality assurance, performance feedback, professional development, and delegation of responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
4-5 years of progressive experience in information technology administration, infrastructure management, cybersecurity operations, or related functions, including experience leading projects, initiatives, or personnel.
Demonstrated experience managing technology initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving projects from planning through implementation.
Experience managing or coordinating third-party managed service providers, consultants, or technology vendors.
Experience supporting NIST 800-171, CMMC, DFARS 252.204-7012, or other government cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
ntermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Windows environments, Office365 administration, DNS, and Exchange Online.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, MDM solutions, and SaaS provisioning.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including remote support capabilities.
Experience supporting and maintaining secure networks and working in DoD-compliant environments.
Excellent communication skills—capable of translating technical terms for both technical and non-technical users.
Ability to obtain and maintain at least a SECRET security clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance.
CompTIA A+ certification and CompTIA Network+ certification.
Experience administering Microsoft Intune.
Experience in small-to-mid-size government contracting environment.
Familiarity with eDiscovery processes and tooling.

Responsibilities:
Provide support with the execution of the Agency’s Information Security Program (ISP), which includes the classification/declassification program and security education and training programs.
Prepare draft SOPs, which incorporate specific implementing guidance, requirements, and all essential guidance to ensure standardization throughout the agency. The essential elements will be outlined and approved by the Government Project Officer (PO). The format will be IAW DCSA Instruction 5025.2. The contractor shall assist with annual revision and review to ensure it is up to date and reflects current policies. Final SOPs will be delivered in hard copy and in an electronic format.
Provide support to the Agency Automatic Declassification Program.
Maintain and support the Agency Mandatory Declassification Program. Establish policies and procedures for processing mandatory declassification review requests
Provide security support and Counterintelligence by providing ISP support Agency wide.
Develop, coordinate, and implement Security and Counterintelligence policies and report any failures to comply with policy to the Contractor On-Site lead and/or Government PM/COR
Collaborate with DCSA Directorates and Field Offices, and with the Chief, Security and Counterintelligence, and/or Government PM to develop, coordinate and publish DCSA security procedures and documents.
Provide recommendations and options for intra- and inter-Agency coordination to the Chief, Security and Counterintelligence and/or Government PM.
Qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance
Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category.
Desired Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Experience with the following:
Develop and conduct ISP training presentations and briefs.
Develop ISP products for the security education and awareness training program.
Conduct security classification marking review on DCSA Form 58 packages prior to release from Agency.
Support DCSA’s Security program by conducting Preliminary Inquiries.
Track and coordinate potential data spills, infractions, violations, SPOT Reports with the INFOSEC Program Manager
Monitor and update the DCSA Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000

Support client analytical requirements for the execution of a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) program.
Performs all-source analytic production on WMD, e.g. CBRNE analysis and participates in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities.
Responses to military contingency operations.
Analysis and collection support includes, but is not limited to, WMD threats, the CBRNE and counterterrorism nexus, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations.
Qualifications:
