Purpose and Scope
The Sr Director of Infrastructure and Operations leads the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of core infrastructure and operational services that support enterprise and business priorities. Reporting to the CIO and serving as a senior member of the IT leadership team, this role translates IT strategy into scalable operating plans, reliable service delivery, and measurable business outcomes across infrastructure, operations, service management, and related technology. Provides strategic and people leadership for assigned functions, builds operational maturity, and partners across the business to advance service quality, resilience, compliance, and cost effectiveness while preparing the organization for future growth and progression to executive leadership.
