**General Responsibilities:**
Provide engineering and consulting services for a broad array of projects and clients. + Experience with Delmia (Carott3) or similar 3D simulation software for robot offline programming and 3D robot simulation studies.
+ Proficiency with 3D CAD tools to support digital engineering and robot simulation work.
+ Knowledge of PLCs, controls, and automation systems sufficient to support troubleshooting and integration with robotic equipment.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and optimize robotic and automated systems in a production or manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for data analysis, documentation, and communication.
+ Ability to travel up to 30%, including domestic and international travel, as required.
+ Willingness and ability to work overtime, including some weekends and holidays, to meet project and production needs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
+ background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
+ Experience with robot programming and automation using platforms such as Kawasaki and FANUC.
+ Familiarity with 3D CAD and design tools such as AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar software.
+ Experience in mechanical design or body weld equipment design is beneficial.
+ Toyota internal experience in CAROTT/DE SEIBI, MACHINE SEIBI, ROBOT PRE-DE teams, or body weld maintenance experience.
+ Experience with Visual Components (BisFactory) or similar digital factory simulation tools.
+ Body shop project experience, including launch or new model implementation activities.
+ Mass production experience in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement equipment countermeasures during planning and trial phases.
+ Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical information to stakeholders.
