Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify client’s business and key risks.

Manage a portfolio of clients by driving workforce planning, resource coordination, technical guidance, and team development to support the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services.
Provide direction to engagement teams on complex audit and technical matters, ensuring appropriate professional skepticism and sound professional judgement are applied throughout the engagement.
Coordinate engagement delivery by managing stakeholder expectations, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring timely communication of progress, risks, and key milestones.
Lead the development of team capabilities by championing continuous learning, encouraging knowledge sharing, and supporting training and professional growth initiatives.
Lead team performance management processes, including goal setting, workload planning, regular feedback, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
Manage staff performance, conduct timely performance reviews, and provide performance feedback.

Requirements

Strong grasp of technical skills with proficiency in IFRS and ISA.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively and efficiently across all levels with the ability to provide guidance, coaching and technical direction to engagement teams on complex audit matters.
