JOB SUMMARY: The FalconCare Maintenance Representative (FMR) is responsible for the day-to-day administration and processing of FalconCare claims including making recommendations with respect to cost effective repair options while ensuring that Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) meets its contractual support obligations to these programs. The FMR manages a portfolio of customers, he/she is the main point of contact for those customers for any questions related to their contract administration. Negotiate with service providers as necessary to resolve any invoicing disputes. Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of any invoicing or coverage disputes and control associated costs.

JOB SUMMARY: The SAP Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing SAP-related projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives that support Dassault Falcon Jet business operations. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, Business Process Owners (BPOs), key users, IT teams, and Dassault Aviation counterparts, this position ensures project objectives are achieved, priorities are aligned with business needs, and SAP solutions deliver measurable operational value.  The SAP Project Manager provides project leadership, facilitates issue resolution, supports business process optimization, coordinates user training activities, and drives the successful implementation of system improvements.

Dassault Falcon Jet is hiring a full time Customer Project Manager (CPM) in Melbourne, FL and is responsible for monitoring schedules, budgets, personnel and quality. The Customer Project Manager provides the business support to the maintenance operation prior to aircraft arrival; coordinates all customer requirements associated with planned work scope; provides for the single point of contact and maintains constant communication with the customer; ensures all customer issues are addressed through collaboration with operations and provides for the timely and accurate invoicing to the customer for services provided. This position has the potential to dramatically impact customer satisfaction depending on how sensitive issues are handled and resolved.
