The Credit Operations & Reporting Senior Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and reporting accuracy within Credit Operations. This individual leads efforts to analyze complex data sets, improve reporting frameworks, and enhance credit operations processes. The Senior Analyst partners with business process owners and data teams to identify and implement improvements across systems and workflows.

Responsible for providing financial, credit, and trend analysis for the delivery of the Bank's credit products and services to middle market and other business clients and prospects. Monitors assigned credit relationships for covenant compliance, collateral monitoring, and credit deterioration, as applicable. Conduct regular reviews of loans and identify any risk rating changes. Keeps apprised of industry related, political and regulatory issues to determine their impact on specific industries or clients. Acts in an independent fashion from the sales teams to structure and evaluate credit requests. Is responsible for determining the credit worthiness of the Borrower and recommending credit decisions to Credit Administration.

The VP, Loan Officer is expected to independently monitor the performance of assigned Lender Finance credit facilities, identify deviations from agreed upon performance and take the appropriate remedial steps.  The VP, Loan Officer should strive to build strong working relationships with all clients to ensure open communication and improved understanding of the client’s operating performance and needs. This position requires an ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
