The Mental Health Practitioner position works within a multidisciplinary team using a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to provide a range of office, community, and homebased services to clients across the lifespan. This role provides high-quality, community-based behavioral health services to individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, serious emotional disorders focusing on symptom reduction, functional improvement, and rehabilitation. Works with diverse staff and service population.

The Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) provides specialized substance use disorder (SUD) services as part of a multi-disciplinary team within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. This role involves conducting comprehensive SUD assessments, facilitating evidence-based group and individual therapy, and ensuring seamless care coordination for clients with co-occurring disorders. This position plays a vital role in meeting CCBHC quality benchmarks for SUD treatment engagement and retention.

Safe from Start offers a variety of family support and mental health services to families and children 0-5 years old who have been affected by abuse or neglect, or exposed to community violence, domestic violence and/or media violence. Safe from Start provides assessments, referrals, linkages, individual and family counseling support, case management and education groups for parents and children using a multi-disciplinary, multi-service and systemic approach.
