Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of contracts across various types, complexities, and sizes with our Intelligence Community customers — FFP, FPIF, CPFF, T&M, and more Partner with Program Management Teams to proactively evaluate contracts, identify modification or extension needs, and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations Apply FAR/DFARS expertise to navigate complex regulatory requirements, resolve Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) issues, and ensure Export Control compliance Support new business growth by advising on proposals and new business pursuits — your input shapes how Peraton wins Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations and maintain all contract communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties involved Own the details — maintain complete, accurate contract files and ensure final documents are fully consistent with negotiated agreements Be a trusted advisor to your line of business, providing guidance that keeps programs on track and compliant Qualifications Required: BA/BS degree with 8+ years of federal contracts management experience (including interpreting/negotiating contract terms and conditions, writing contract terms, and composing contract letters) — or 12+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Experience with FAR/DFARS, customer relations, negotiations, approaches for identifying and resolving OCI through avoidance and mitigation plans, and have a solid understanding of Export Control requirements Proven track record managing multiple contract types (Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Price Incentive Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Price, Time And Material, etc.) Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can translate complex contract language for any audience Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball Ability to travel locally (~10%) US Citizenship required Active TS/SCI security clearance required Peraton Overview Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Strategic Analytix is a privately held minority owned, small-business headquarter in Fulton, MD just outside of Baltimore and Washington D.C. role About the role Job Description Strategic Analytix is looking for a skilled Target Analyst Reporter (TAR). The TAR will provide synthesized product to customers by researching, analyzing and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with agency missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance and Computer Network Operations. Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (for example IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source and others as needed). The employee will maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with other collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements. Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products that relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable. Lastly, the TAR will assist in the development of databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute agency and the Intelligence Community's missions. What you'll do TAR Requirements At least seven (7) years experience in two (2) or more of the following: a. Computer Network Exploitation, b. Vulnerability Assessment, c. Penetration Testing, d. Incident Response, e. Network and/or server forensics, f. Cryptanalytic work in military or intelligence community organization, g. Cryptology work in military or intelligence community organization. At least one (1) years of experience in two (2) or more of the following: a. File Hashing and Fuzzy File Hashing (e.g., ssdeep, fciv, and md5deep) b. Commercial, open source or GOTS tools for intrusion detection (e.g., Snort, BroIDS). c. Packet capture/evaluation (e.g., tcpdump, ethereal/wireshark, NOSEHAIR). d. Network mapping/discovery (e.g., nmap, TRICKLER). e. Industry standard system/network tools (e.g., netcat, netstat, traceroute, rpcinfo, nbtscan, snmpwalk, Sysinternals suite) At least two (2) years of experience in one (1) or more of the following: a. Development of exploits for Microsoft Windows operating systems b. Development of exploits for UNIX operating systems c. Development of exploits for personal computer device/mobile device operating systems (e.g., Android, Blackberry, iPhone, and iPad.) d. Software Reverse Engineering to include use of code disassemblers (e.g., IDA Pro) and debugging unknown code (e.g. Ollydbg) e. Analysis of of code in memory, including analysis of RAM snapshots, Windows crash dump files, and/or UNIX kernel dumps Qualifications Clearance Level TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
