Safe from Start offers a variety of family support and mental health services to families and children 0-5 years old who have been affected by abuse or neglect, or exposed to community violence, domestic violence and/or media violence. Safe from Start provides assessments, referrals, linkages, individual and family counseling support, case management and education groups for parents and children using a multi-disciplinary, multi-service and systemic approach. The Family Coach will provide community outreach and education while working closely with the therapist to ensure the needs of families are met.
