Experience leading cross-functional teams across finance, HR, IT, operations, procurement, supply chain, commercial, legal, and product organizations.
Knowledge of organizational change management, communication planning, governance structures, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing business performance, financial models, operational metrics, and value creation opportunities.
Experience improving core business processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, supply chain planning, and working capital optimization.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, executive stakeholders, and competing priorities in fast-paced transaction environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and executive facilitation skills.
Experience advising private equity clients and / or Fortune 1000 organizations.
Background in finance transformation, operational excellence, supply chain optimization, or digital transformation.
PMP, CPA, CFA, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A integration, separation, carve-out, and stand-up engagements for private equity, private equity-backed, and / or corporate clients.
Advise executive leadership on strategic decisions related to current and target operating models, organizational design, functional integration and / or separation, and go-forward business process and technology optimization.
Direct multiple workstreams across finance, HR, IT, operations, supply chain, legal, sales, commercial, and other functions to ensure alignment with transaction objectives and critical milestones.
Develop and oversee integration and separation strategies, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, TSA planning, and synergy identification, validation, tracking, and value capture.
Analyze financial, operational, and organizational data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that improve performance and accelerate value creation.
Identify business process and technology opportunities across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, supply chain, finance, and shared services functions with potential impact to M&A scenarios.
Facilitate executive steering committees, governance meetings, and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment, resolve issues, and enable timely decision-making.
Oversee development of high-quality client deliverables, including executive presentations, financial analyses, operating models, implementation roadmaps, and status reporting.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and risk while ensuring consistent, high-quality client delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.
Build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities for additional services, and contribute to business development efforts.

Advisory Strategic Content Leader

At Riveron, we partner with clients, from global multinationals to high-growth private entities, to solve complex finance and business challenges with urgency, precision, and creativity.
As our Advisory business continues to scale, we are investing in how we shape, package, and communicate our offerings internally and externally. This newly created leadership role will operate as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Advisory and broader executive leadership team, helping drive clarity, connectivity, and execution across the Advisory organization, while also leading the development of market-facing positioning, executive messaging, and external proposal materials that strengthen Riveron’s presence and differentiation in the market.
This is not a traditional marketing, communications, or project management role. The person in this seat will sit within the business and own the substance of Riveron’s Advisory narratives, partnering with Marketing only where needed to refine, package, and distribute high-quality content. It is a highly strategic operator role designed for someone who can synthesize complex ideas, connect dots across practices and markets, influence senior leaders, and turn concepts into actionable content, initiatives, and go-to-market momentum. This is a hands-on role for someone who is energized by taking the pen, building from incomplete inputs, and creating new content from scratch.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of consulting-style strategic thinking, executive communication skills, operational rigor, and strong business judgment. They are equally comfortable facilitating discussions with senior leaders, building polished executive-ready content, balancing multiple senior-level priorities with good judgment, urgency, and follow-through, and independently driving initiatives from idea to execution.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
8+ years of relevant experience, ideally including time in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or another executive-facing advisory environment
Experience at a top-tier consulting firm strongly preferred (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar strategy-oriented environment)
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling abilities, including advanced PowerPoint and content development skills
Ability to synthesize themes, ideas, and opportunities across the Advisory organization to strengthen connectivity, strategic positioning, and go-to-market alignment.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building structure, and shaping a new role as the business need evolves
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and subject matter experts without relying on formal authority
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand consulting economics, growth strategy, operational priorities, and client-facing advisory models
Willing and able to personally create the work product, not just direct, coordinate, or review the work of others
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and project management instincts
High EQ and executive presence with the ability to build credibility quickly across senior leadership
Curious, creative, resourceful, and proactive
Someone who enjoys building from scratch and thrives in entrepreneurial environments
Ability and willingness to travel periodically, likely monthly, to build relationships with leaders and teams across key Riveron markets.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Riveron’s Head of Advisory and senior leadership team on key growth, operational, and strategic initiatives
Develop executive-level narratives, pitch materials, pursuit content, client-facing presentations, and internal strategy materials that articulate Riveron’s integrated Advisory capabilities across priority themes and high-value pursuits, including carve outs, finance transformation, transaction-related advisory work, AI-enabled consulting, and other complex cross-practice client needs.
Help shape and evolve Riveron’s Advisory messaging, positioning, and strategic priorities across the firm and in the market, including how Riveron defines its point of view on AI-enabled consulting, changing client needs, delivery models, and value creation opportunities.
Help establish more consistency and connectivity across Advisory offerings, go-to-market efforts, and strategic messaging
Translate complex business ideas into compelling executive-ready content, presentations, frameworks, and strategic communications
Synthesize input across leaders, practices, and markets to identify themes, opportunities, gaps, and areas for alignment
Facilitate collaboration and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept development through execution
Partner closely with Advisory leaders to help coordinate and operationalize strategic priorities across the organization
Build high-impact presentations and materials for leadership meetings, partner discussions, client conversations, and internal strategy sessions
Act as a connective tissue across the Advisory organization, helping ensure alignment, accountability, and forward momentum; especially on how we go to market
Identify opportunities to improve how the business communicates internally and externally around capabilities, offerings, and market positioning
Support the internal change management needed to shift legacy, practice-specific ways of working toward more integrated Advisory collaboration and go-to-market execution.
Support special projects, strategic analyses, leadership priorities, and executive-level initiatives as the business evolves
Bring outside-in thinking and market awareness to help strengthen Riveron’s positioning and growth strategy
