About Easy Dynamics Corporation
Easy Dynamics designs, builds, and secures the systems that protect our people, places, and way of life. We are a trusted advisor delivering best-in-class technology solutions in Digital Identity, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management. Our teams combine engineering excellence with a disciplined, forward-leaning approach to solve our clients' hardest technical challenges. We bring our “East Coast address, West Coast attitude” to everything we do, combining mission focus with our innovative, collaborative, and flexible culture that puts people first. Our subject matter experts work at the cutting edge of cybersecurity and technology, delivering identity management, zero trust, cloud, and security automation solutions that directly impact critical government missions. We believe the best work happens when talented people have the freedom and support to do what they do best.
We don't run on rigid hierarchy or playbooks that are locked in once and expected to work for the rest of time. We're a company of self-starters who take ownership without being asked twice and treat ambiguity as room to run rather than a roadblock. Our practice is growing quickly, and our structure stays deliberately light so ideas can move fast and the people closest to the work have real say in how it gets done. Every role comes with an opportunity to help shape how we deliver impact for both our clients and our team.
Growth isn't a perk here, it's an expectation we hold for ourselves and for each other. We build in the time and support for our people to keep sharpening their professional skills, because the technology we work in doesn't sit still and neither should we. Across our practice, we're putting AI to work in deliberate, high-trust ways, from surfacing patterns in client requirements to accelerating process and quality analysis, so our teams can spend their time and judgment on the problems that actually need it. We invest in our people's growth because it's how we stay ahead of the mission and how our teams keep getting better at what they do.
role
About the role
We're looking for a Capture Manager to own the strategy, positioning, and competitive shaping of our pursuits from qualification through submission and award. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on figuring out how we win, and who is also comfortable picking up a pen to help draft proposal content when a pursuit needs an extra set of hands.
We're a small, lean business, and we don't run a traditional, Shipley-defined capture organization with rigid lane boundaries between capture and proposal roles. Instead, your specific responsibilities will be assigned per pursuit based on team capacity and what that opportunity needs. On one pursuit you might be the strategy owner directing a separate Management Volume writer; on the next, you might be the Management Volume or Past Performance writer yourself while someone else owns the win strategy; on another, you might be brought in solely as a reviewer to pressure-test win themes and technical soundness. Each pursuit's kickoff will name your specific role, and expectations will be set explicitly rather than assumed.
This is a blended capture/proposal role by design. You'll need the strategic instincts of a capture lead, the working knowledge of a proposal writer, and the flexibility to move between those functions as staffing and opportunity size require. Many capture roles stop at strategy and hand off to a proposal team for execution, in a fixed lane that never changes pursuit to pursuit. This one doesn't. You'll move between owning the win strategy, writing the volumes that carry it, and reviewing someone else's work, depending on what each pursuit needs and who else is available. If you want a role that flexes with a lean, fast-moving team rather than a rigid title, this is built for you.
What you'll do
The activities below span the full range of what this role covers across a fiscal year. Which of these you're doing on any given pursuit depends on your assignment for that pursuit (see above), not a fixed job lane.
Lead Capture Efforts (Qualification through Award) Take ownership of the pursuit at BD-to-Capture handoff and maintain the Capture Deck as the central strategy artifact, Brief Senior leadership at deal reviews on opportunity status and bid/no bid decisions Coordinate subcontractor and teaming partner engagement for the pursuit (scope splits, past performance contributions, staffing) Develop price-to-win in coordination with the Pricing Lead and Executive Team Lead customer intelligence gathering and pursuit question strategy Coach technical teams through win theme development and validate that the capture/win strategy is fully set before Proposal Development begins Lead pre-RFP strategy validation (“Blue Team”) sessions and build initial storyboard templates Ensure Strategy Integrity Through Proposal Development Validate that win themes, discriminators, and competitive positioning are actually landing in the written volumes, not just present in the capture plan Participate in color team reviews (Pink/Red/Gold) with specific responsibility for evaluating strategic and competitive strength of the draft Flag any evaluation-response or clarification content that would change technical, pricing, or strategic commitments Draft Management Volume content, including staffing narratives, management approach, and BOE labor inputs, in coordination with the Solution Architect / Technical Team's staffing model Draft or contribute to Past Performance narratives, tailoring selected references to the specific opportunity's win themes Support Proposal Manager-led kickoff, volume assignments, and compliance reviews as a working contributor, not just a strategy reviewer Qualifications
8+ years of experience in capture management, business development, or proposal management within the federal contracting environment Demonstrated ability to build and defend a win strategy, not just manage a schedule Working proficiency in proposal writing, specifically Management Volume and Past Performance content; Comfort operating across the full pursuit lifecycle, from qualification through post-award transition Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Business Development, Proposal Management, Solution Architects, Contracts, Pricing, and Delivery Ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into a coherent, compelling narrative under deadline pressure Project management experience Comfortable using or learning CRM / pursuit-tracking tools (e.g., NextStage, GovWin, SAM.gov research) Experience wearing both capture and proposal-writing hats on smaller pursuits or in a lean BD organization Familiarity with AI-assisted document writing and proposal prompting Prior experience with Basis of Estimate (BOE) inputs or cost-volume coordination Someone who comes to the table with a point of view, not just looking to facilitate a process An individual looking for a role that will require hard work to deliver high impact and high reward Salary range: $160,000 - $190,000/year
If you are individual who is looking to roll up their sleeves and work with a team of technologists, managers and consultants who are smart, committed and focused on growth that aligns with mission and capabilities, this may be a great role for you. Easy Dynamics is a growing, tech-forward team of professionals who are committed to continuous improvement and evolving our capabilities and solutions to meet the market, the technological challenges and the missions we support.
Easy Dynamics is an equal opportunity employer. Applicants are considered for positions without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status or any other consideration made unlawful by applicable federal state or local laws.

The Role
The Director, Partner Marketing is the function leader for partner marketing at Blend, responsible for shaping, scaling, and operationalizing partner marketing strategy across hyperscalers, data platforms, and emerging AI alliances. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, this role is the connective tissue between Blend, our ecosystem partners, and the broader go-to-market organization.
This leader defines joint value propositions, co-marketing strategy, and MDF investment logic. This role is accountable for partner marketing programs that track Blend's growth priorities, run consistently across regions, and generate measurable pipeline and influence against a defined set of target accounts.
The partner portfolio spans hyperscalers, data platforms, and emerging AI providers at different stages of maturity, which means the work runs from scaling motions that already produce to building ones where no playbook exists yet.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership
Define and lead partner marketing strategy across hyperscalers, data platforms, and emerging AI alliances, embedding AI and a data-driven approach into how it runs. Translate company growth objectives into partner priorities, investment logic, and focus areas. Build the partner-side and internal relationships programs depend on, across alliances, sales, delivery, and marketing. Joint Value Propositions and Messaging
Develop and govern joint value propositions for priority partners: what Blend and the partner do together, for whom, and why that combination beats the alternatives. Embed partner propositions in Blend's global campaigns, capability narratives, and field enablement rather than separate partner collateral. Translate technical capability into propositions a partner's field organization can repeat accurately. Co-Marketing, Campaigns, and Events
Own the annual co-marketing plan for each priority partner, built with their marketing counterparts and tied to named target accounts. Run integrated campaigns and build toolkits regional teams can activate locally without rebuilding from scratch, including co-branded assets, enablement materials, and partner seller enablement. Lead marketing for partner flagship events and higher-intent formats such as executive dinners, workshops, and account sessions, each pointed at named accounts with a defined follow-through path. MDF, Alignment, and Measurement
Own MDF management across the portfolio: how much we pursue, allocation, governance, and ROI measurement, including which programs to scale and which to stop. Serve as Blend's primary marketing relationship with partners' marketing and field organizations to coordinate strategy and execution operations for programs. Lead reporting on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, MDF ROI, and campaign performance, building plans partners want to fund and reporting results well enough to earn the next cycle.
We care more about demonstrated range than years on a resume. The strongest candidates will be able to point to specifics.
Technical Skills
Experience in B2B marketing with a substantial portion of it leading partner or alliance marketing programs, preferably within a professional services or consulting Demonstrated success running co-marketing programs with a hyperscaler, data platform, or major ISV, with results described in pipeline terms rather than activity. Working knowledge of how partner ecosystems function commercially, including co-sell motions, marketplace, competency and designation programs, and the distinction between partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline MDF/PMF experience. You have built a plan a partner agreed to fund, spent it well, and reported on it in a way that earned the next round Proven ability to build a partner motion without an existing playbook, and to scale one that already works Strong writing and messaging capability. Joint value propositions fail when they are generic, and you can tell the difference Experience activating global programs through regional teams with their own priorities and market realities Strong analytical, planning, and program management capability Professional Skills
Relationship judgment with partner counterparts, including knowing when to ask, when to give, and when to escalate Comfortable being hands-on. This is a function leader role at director level, which means building and executing rather than delegating Results-driven and pragmatic, able to operate where the structure does not exist yet Able to influence senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, alliances, and delivery without positional authority Simplifies complexity and drives clarity, particularly when translating technical capability into commercial language What Would Set You Apart
Time spent inside a hyperscaler, ISV, or AI model provider or partner marketing function at a professional services firm Direct experience with the Snowflake or AWS partner programs, including tiering, marketplace listings, and private offers Experience marketing for a services business, where the offering is expertise and delivery rather than a product Familiarity with the enterprise data and AI landscape, enough to hold a credible conversation about what our partners' platforms do Experience across LATAM or EMEA, or working across languages and regional buying cultures Practical, hands-on use of AI in your own marketing work rather than a theoretical interest in it
The starting pay range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance. BLEND360 also offers a competitive benefits program to meet the health and financial well-being of our team and their families. You can look forward to a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, commuter benefits, spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage, and EAPs.
