Responsibilities: Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner Review and verify claim information to ensure completeness and compliance with warranty policies and procedures Communicate with representatives regarding claim statuses, approvals, and denials Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence Assist in the reconciliation of warranty receivables and provide regular status updates to the management team. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims Stay up-to-date with warranty policies, procedures, and updates Provide support to the service department by handling customer inquiries related to warranty coverage and claims Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the service department Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Warranty Administration experience, required Ability to look-up, code and input warranty claims Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Google Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Proven experience in advanced diagnostics, engines, and transmissions. Proficiency with modern automotive diagnostic software. Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record.
