The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and implement necessary administrative changes within the system and serve as a primary point of contact for technical and application-related support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve user inquiries, providing timely support for in-house applications. Monitor and manage administrative changes within the system to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications. Assist in the documentation of support processes, FAQs, and system updates.
