The Principal Scientist, QC Compliance serves as a senior technical and compliance leader within the Quality Control organization, providing strategic oversight of laboratory compliance, data integrity, and performance across analytical and microbiology functions. This role is responsible for ensuring QC operations consistently meet cGMP, GDP, FDA 503B, and regulatory expectations while driving inspection readiness, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This position partners cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs to strengthen quality systems, improve laboratory performance, and ensure sustainable compliance.

Our Microbiologist I plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete training, you will be required to perform individual hands-on work in the sterility testing and/or endotoxin testing programs. This person provides scientific guidance and interpretation of microbiology results to QC and production management. Principal Engineering Investigator exists to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all technical investigations and CAPAs associated with sterile compounding and injectable manufacturing operations. This role is accountable for collaborating with the team that identifies true root causes, develops effective and implements sustainable corrective/preventive actions, and communicates results that withstand regulatory scrutiny. The role is pivotal in supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance and transform the quality, compliance, and operational efficiency while fostering a strong culture of accountability and excellence across Quva.
