The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a primary owner of the business relationship between Imagine Learning and the customer. Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Customer Success Director.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $64,678. 00 and $72,000. 00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote; to be considered, you must reside within 50 miles of a major, international airport to facilitate travel for the role.
Travel: You can also expect approximately 15-50% travel given your assigned territory, so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience managing customer relationships at an education technology company; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with business drivers for teachers, students, business process owners, and senior district and/or state administration.
• Direct and proven work with establishing strategic outcomes and measurements.
• Experience working with and presenting results to senior level executives preferred.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with all levels of personnel up to and including Superintendent and Chief Academic Officer.

Hospital Corpsman (HM) As a Hospital Corpsman, you could be assigned to a Navy medical treatment facility, like an on-base hospital or clinic.
You could also work on an aircraft carrier in the middle of the ocean, or a submarine in the depths of the sea.
You will work alongside Navy nurses and other medical professionals to be trained as a skilled first responder, whether your skills are needed bedside or in the field.
Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field (HM-ATF) If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes dangerous conditions.
From deep sea diving to combat missions to flying up in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission.
You may work independently or under supervision in this program.
TRAINING & ADVANCEMENT Hospital Corpsman (HM) After you attend Boot Camp, you'll report to Fort Sam Houston, TX to attend A school for 14 weeks.
Here, you'll develop a working knowledge of basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures in preparation for your first assignment.
Throughout your career, you'll have ample opportunity to gain advanced medical skills from radiology, to physical therapy, to dental care, to heart surgery.
These skills will be necessary to maintain the physical health, and on occasion, save the lives of Sailors and Marines across the fleet.
You could even deploy overseas with the Marines as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman, which requires specialty training.
Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field (HM-ATF) After Boot Camp, you'll report to Fort Sam Houston, TX to attend A school for 14 weeks.
Here, you'll develop a working knowledge of basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After Corpsman A School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
SPECIAL AMPHIBIOUS RECONNAISSANCE CORPSMAN PIPELINE (121 WEEKS LONG) Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced paramedical skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine, and basic dental exams SEARCH AND RESCUE MEDICAL TECH PIPELINE (27 WEEKS LONG) Areas of training include but are not limited to advanced fluid resuscitation, administration and management of Advanced Life Support medications, use of emergency medical equipment, rescue and recovery devices, and patient handling MEDICAL DEEP SEA DIVING TECH PIPELINE (28 WEEKS LONG) Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving-related illnesses Automatic promotion opportunities are available but are competitive and based on completion of the pipeline.

JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Health Information Management (HIM) is responsible for the corporate strategic direction and operational performance of HIM, including coding, clinical documentation improvement, the release of information, transcription, chart completion, enterprise master patient index, document management, medical record integrity, CDM Maintenance, and information governance. Ensures regulatory and legal compliance. Serves as the Facility Privacy Officer and custodian of all medical records for the organization. Monitors performance and evaluates employees in compliance with hospital policies. Coordinating responsibility to the medical staff regarding medical record documentation issues.
This position is located on-site in Gillette, Wyoming.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Establishes, implements, and reviews goals and objectives for all direct reports. Analyzes, selects, and implements programs necessary to achieve the hospital's goals and strategic plans.
• Lead diverse teams to ensure compliance with State, Federal and local regulations.
• Provides strategic direction, leadership and overall management oversight of Health Information Management (HIM) functions in a multi-facility setting with multiple departments, including scanning, and release of information functions.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining effective policies, procedures, systems and working relationships with other departments, providers, external attorneys, regulatory and other reporting entities as well as Revenue Cycle and Quality/Risk.
• Oversees HIM, CDM, Hospital and Physician Coding, and Clinical Documentation Improvement Managers and personnel to promote steady work flow, productivity, quality, timeliness, and attainment of system and departmental performance goals.
• Works collaboratively and proactively with other department leaders, physicians and Hospital Leadership, using key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities, facilitating work groups, and implementing improvements in performance and outcomes.
• Ensures the appropriate dissemination and communication of regulation, policy and guideline changes related to HIM, coding and clinical documentation.
• Develops staff performance expectations, goals and metrics. Measures and communicates achievement throughout the year, and makes operational adjustments as needed.
• Develops operating and capital budgets for area of responsibility and monitors performance against budget, developing action plans as needed to address variances.
• Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading a team including: interviewing, hiring, training, developing, directing work and processes, managing performance, recognizing, and rewarding employees.
• Maintains confidentiality of all personnel and patient care and relations information.
• Actively participates in Strategic Plans for the department and organization. Actively participates in Customer/Guest Relations and Mandatory Education programs.
• Must be free from governmental sanctions involving health care and/or financial practices.
• Complies with the hospital's Corporate Compliance Program including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct, laws and regulations, and hospital policies and procedures.
• Supervises the Certified Coder, Coder, Clinical Documentation Specialist, HIM Clerk Lead, Clerk, and Revenue Integrity Specialist.
