Phenom is looking for a Managing Editor/Editorial Manager to join our Marketing team and elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of content across the organization. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate several implementation projects working with resources across many teams
• Work closely with the GPS Solution Architect (SA) to ensure your customers realize the maximum value of their end to end solutions

What You’ve Done
• 3+ years of hands-on technical project management experience including delivering SaaS solutions to customers
• Knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Software Development Life Cycles including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience working with Agile SCRUM or Kanban teams
• Experience with client facilitation in meetings covering project schedule, solutioning and testing discussions
• Experience in integrations/data migrations/product provisioning is an asset

We're looking for a full-time phenomenal Associate Solution Architect to join our One Global Delivery team! Part technologist, part consultant, the Solution Architect plays a vital role providing technical expertise for all major client projects. What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to facilitate technical discussions and clarify client needs, supporting the development of targeted recommendations that deliver measurable ROI.

• Analyze client requirements and challenges, propose effective solutions, and evaluate the short- and long-term impact of recommendations.

• Proven ability to engage in consultative discussions, manage client relationships, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
