Develop, implement, and maintain Process Work Instructions (PWIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fiberglass and pultrusion operations.
Provide training to production staff on quality procedures, visual standards, and equipment operation best practices.
Monitor and inspect final assemblies to ensure conformance to customer and engineering specifications.
Conduct process and data analysis to identify trends, improve yield, and reduce variation.
Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external non-conformities.
Perform and support internal and customer audits, ensuring compliance with ISO and industry-specific quality standards.
