Summary:

Assist in stocking and maintenance of vehicles, including pre-trip checks to assure readiness when called. 3. Assist with moving and transferring of patients. 4. Responds promptly to requests for transfers/ calls. 5. Provide security as directed by leadership.. 6. Operate the emergency vehicle safely and in control, while adhering to state laws and EMS rules 7. Meet professional standard of behavior and customer service expectations

• Build, iterate, optimize, and maintain user-facing features for Alation's technology using TypeScript and modern React (hooks, ES7+).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Build proactively with empathy for our customers, constantly iterating to balance innovative research with practical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to bring consistency and high standards to codebases, infrastructure, and processes.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of related experience in a startup or rapidly growing/ evolving business.
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field (M.S. in Computer Science or related field preferred)
• Professional front-end experience prototyping and developing performant and scalable web applications with modern React (e.g. ES7, React hooks, TypeScript).
• Comfort working across UI/UX-from wireframes and prototypes to polished interfaces (using tools like Figma or Sketch).
• Clear technical communication, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.
Nice to Haves:
• Experience building B2B SaaS products, especially in data, analytics, or ML-focused platforms.
• Exposure to backend technologies such as Python, FastAPI or Django, and relational databases.

Compensation Pay Range:
$120,576.00 - $162,778.00
Salary Information
The base salary range is specific to the United States. The salary of the final candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, work location, specialty and training. If the final candidate has a different level of experience, the base salary target range may be lower or higher than what is published.
