This role involves embedding sustainable practices into operations, coordinating events and partnerships, managing sustainability data and reporting, and driving employee participation in community initiatives. The Sustainability & Community Programs Specialist will work closely with local teams, external partners, and the communications department to advance sustainability goals and highlight the company’s impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in sustainability, community relations, and event coordination.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and implement sustainability initiatives across port and interior locations
• Supporting community engagement programs and partnerships, including event planning and execution
• Collect, analyze, and report sustainability data to support company goals and compliance
• Support internal and external communications, including social media, to promote sustainability and community impact
• Drive employee participation in community and sustainability programs

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in customer service operations or travel/tour industry.

Example of Duties
