Job Title: Project Release Coordinator
Terms of Employment: Full-time permanent, 40 hours per week.

Compensation: $76,378.00 per year plus discretionary bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for obtaining and reviewing shop drawings in line with quality and specification standards and works closely with various stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and that materials are available and delivered in line with production schedules
Support Quality reviews by peer checking Toro shop drawings developed by Drafters and identify and report mistakes. Send these to Drafting before starting MTO.
Implement supplemental instructions into Breakdown (if required and before windows are manufactured
Complete material takeoff and revise if required once the updated drawings have been received and distribute to purchasing
Identifies any post painting or perforated panels
Uploads PDF’s for Production and Quality Control/Installation Plans into PlanGrid
Supports MTO Coordinators by entering information into internal program.
Creates installation plans for the installers. Identifies location of windows, tagging each with a sequence number and once complete confirm window layouts
Confirms overall heights and electrical and mechanical locations with architectural/structural and shop drawings
Create RFI’s if changes are identified and raise these with the Project Management and Drafting teams
Enters data into Winporte, check these and develop packages accordingly
Translate the information received and provide breakdown (orders to the shop).
Utilizes IT equipment including Blue Beam, Autocad, Excel and Revit.
Communicates with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of service (Broad customer base).
Provides detailed packages to customers setting out specifications and order requirements.
Ensures all files are saved in accordance with departmental instructions.
Works in compliance with the Health & Safety Act and regulations including using any equipment, protective devices or clothing required.
Reports any known workplace hazards or violations of the Act to the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education:Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology or similar field
Work Experience:1-2 years relevant work experience in similar field
Use of AutoCAD and other desktop applications
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience with Window Wall required.

ABOUT VACANCY
At this time, we are seeking a Cleaner who will be responsible for the cleaning and overall upkeep of the metal shop premises.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sweep and mop floors throughout the premises
Clean employee workspaces
Empty garbage bins and recyclables into disposal areas
Clean and disinfect restrooms, sanitize fixtures
Clean kitchen area and appliances
Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and sanitary working condition
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a cleaner is a strong asset
Physical stamina and mobility
Positive and friendly attitude
Proficiency in English
WORK CONDITIONS
Permanent, full-time position
$34.10 per hour
30 hours of work per week
Cleaning hours: 8:00am to 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Overtime pay ($51.15/ hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week
