The Associate Hospital Sales Health & Science Representative (AHSHR) is responsible to increase product awareness, educate customers and attain the goals of our Business Unit through fully remote / virtual customer interactions. The AHSHR is charged with relationship development and promotional efforts with U.S. customers and accounts.
The AHSHR should possess strong business acumen and outstanding communications skills with an aptitude to develop in-depth expertise in virtual engagement settings, establish and build impactful relationships and exhibit strong promotional skills. They must understand and follow the call process for our BU including developing pre-call plans, executing calls, and conducting post-call analyses using all available digital and virtual tools. They must have the ability to work independently in virtual collaboration with cross-functional internal teams. Where applicable, the AHSHR should coordinate insights, learnings, and customer approach with in-field Health & Science Representatives or Specialists who call on Accounts in overlapping geographical areas.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $64,700 to $121,800.

The Director, HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) - Internal Medicine Early Pipeline will support the strategic goals of the Internal Medicine Division by driving optimal patient access for Pfizer's portfolio of obesity and non-obesity products in early pipeline.
This role influences global business objectives by guiding strategic evidence development to ensure optimal patient access for obesity and non-obesity products. This position will be part of Pfizer's dynamic Global HTA Value and Evidence team and will have the important role of managing health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to generate data to support patient access to obesity and non-obesity products, with a primary focus on obesity products in early clinical development. **What You Will Achieve**
In this role, you will:
+ Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs (e.g., patient populations, comparators, endpoints) and analysis to enable successful negotiations, reimbursement, and appropriate patient access with global payer and regulatory decision makers.
+ Lead the development of the evidence generation strategy to support the value of Internal Medicine assets (focus on obesity and non-obesity products) in the Primary Care Division, in close partnership with the cross-functional matrix team (e.g., medical, commercial, access strategy/pricing, statistics, clinical).

**Basic Qualifications:**

**ROLE SUMMARY**
