What You Will Do
As the HVAC Smart Building Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls' Building Efficiency offerings to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers. You'll promote our value proposition within the construction community by delivering comprehensive business and technical solutions, while also fostering customer relationships and loyalty in conjunction with operations partners. Positioning renewable service agreements will be key to strengthening managed account relationships.
Your role includes executing the sales process to nurture and manage long-term accounts while actively seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities. You'll utilize sales tools to track your progress and expand Johnson Controls' offerings within your assigned accounts. Participation as a core team member on select accounts with significant growth potential will also be essential.
