* Identify process difficulties and report these together with proposed solutions to supervisor.
* Maintain a perpetual state of readiness and willingness to respond to the queries and needs of clients, staff, and co-workers.
* Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees. Communicate orally and in writing to co-workers. This includes "intra" and "inter" departmental employees.
* Promote the company image through the exercising of sound and ethical business practices as related to the public and our customers.

Summary: Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor and in accordance with the guidelines, and policies of the company and local, state and federal laws, this position provides driving duties for seniors, persons with disabilities, and the general public for paratransit trips, fixed/deviated scheduled routes, and/or for special trips. Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of passenger vehicles under varying traffic and road conditions; for transporting passengers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner; for properly collecting all authorized fares and donations; for maintaining complete and accurate documentation of services performed; and for promoting and maintaining positive and professional relationships with passengers, other employees, and the public.
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be over age 21.
Must have current WA driver’s license (including CDL with proper endorsements for fixed route service).
Must successfully pass physical examination as required for Department of Transportation and overall driving fitness.
Must have no moving traffic violations in the past three (3) years AND no involvement in any at-fault accidents within the past five (5) years as evidenced by current driving abstract. Abstract dated no more than one month prior to hire date must be provided by applicant.
Must successfully pass the State Patrol Background Check.
Starting Wage: $19.00 (Plus $2.00 when driving CDL) /Hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.
