We're seeking a talented Lead Marketing Strategist for our go to market Small Business segment. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep experience in segment marketing, customer insights, and cross-functional execution. You'll be responsible for crafting and driving marketing strategies that resonate with small business owners, fuel growth, and differentiate our brand in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and evolve the marketing strategy for the Small Business segment, grounded in customer insights, market trends, and business objectives
• Go-To-Market Leadership will be responsible for end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives-partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Channel teams, Small Business ecosystems and the challenges faced by entrepreneurs.
• Translate customer needs and behaviors into actionable insights that inform messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Act as the strategic marketing lead across internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of segment-specific initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, segment KPIs, and customer engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to elevate our approach to small business marketing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) with 8+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with a strong focus on leading teams, segment strategy and GTM execution.
• Proven success in developing and launching marketing strategies for small business audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Expert knowledge of internet/intranet websites, website design and web technologies.
• Proficiency with analytical tools with the ability to perform data deep dives to surface actionable insights. Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data visualization preferred.
• Agile marketing or product marketing certification is a plus.
• This is an in-office position 5 days - not a hybrid role.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: To service, maintain, and prepare all snowmaking equipment from snowmaking guns, hydrants, pipe, pumps, and compressor's. Once snowmaking starts then it is to maintain, move and set up snow guns and hoses for extensive snowmaking operation. Make rounds in vehicles and/or snowmobiles to monitor weather conditions during snowmaking. Once Snowmaking is complete, transfer to Grooming to provide a smooth skiing surface and consistent snow density and distribution in order to enhance the guest's enjoyment and maximize their safety.
SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be in excellent physical condition, able to lift and carry 80 pounds
• Able to walk on steep terrain and climb snow gun towers
• Must be safety conscious and have a mechanical aptitude
• Heavy equipment experience preferred
• Understanding or development of snowmaking/removal objectives and techniques
• Receptive and responsive to instruction
• Dependable and able to work well with others
• Physically fit and a tolerance for working in extreme conditions
• Mechanical aptitude
• Concentration and hand eye coordination skills

PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Lift Maintenance Technician provides general maintenance and emergency repairs to all Deer Valley lifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily startup and periodic inspections of lifts in winter and summer
Assist in performing in-service and after-hours maintenance and repairs
Participate in safety and equipment training
Maintain clean workspaces and equipment
Participate in daily morning briefings
Ensure timely and accurate completion of required records and logs
Perform all routine mechanical inspections on lifts
Other duties as assigned, potentially assist other Mountain Operations and Resort department
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years old
Provide personal hand, power, and electrical tools
Ability to climb lift terminal stairs and tower ladders
Strong skiing ability
Accept direction and instruction readily
Ability to lift and position heavy components 50 pounds or greater, in mountainous terrain as required
Ability to work effectively with other lift technicians and other Deer Valley staff
Ability to work in extreme weather, at heights, or carry heavy equipment in mountainous areas
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Ability to always maintain a positive and helpful attitude toward our guests
BASIC WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF:
Lift theory, operation, and practice
Operational requirements and problems
Mechanical, electro-mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Electrical AC/DC circuits, DC power supplies and batteries
AC and DC motor theory, operation, and maintenance
Interpretation of technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
All applicable rules, regulations, and governing codes including ANSI B77.1
