Position Overview
The Senior Customer Success Manager will directly manage and grow relationships with political clients, serving as a strategic partner across campaign execution, optimization, and performance. This role requires deep expertise in programmatic advertising and hands-on experience working within DSP platforms. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of political advertising and thrives in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Directly manage relationships with political agencies, campaigns, PACs, and advocacy groups
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization
• Oversee programmatic campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting within DSP platforms
• Provide strategic recommendations to maximize performance, targeting efficiency, and budget allocation
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and KPI performance to ensure campaign goals are met
• Translate complex programmatic data into clear, actionable insights for clients
• Partner cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution
• Support renewals and identify upsell opportunities within existing political accounts
• Stay current on political advertising regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad tech
• Direct experience working with DSP platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, or similar) required
• Experience managing political clients or campaigns strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying, targeting strategies, and optimization tactics
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority campaigns in deadline-driven environments
• Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills
• East Coast location preferred due to political campaign timing and collaboration needs

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Position Summary:
The Product Assembly Associate I will primarily assemble wooden furniture for higher education facilities and healthcare facilities.

Framing wood components
Fabricating
Upholstering
Prep and subassembly work
Base assembly
Responsible for quality
Position Requirements:
Attention to fine detail/ must be detail-oriented
Regular lifting, maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting.
Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision.
Able to assist in training employees
5-S audits and daily cleaning
Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience and Knowledge Required:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
