Your Day To Day
Participate in the design and development of microwave receiver-related multifunction assemblies up to 40 GHz to meet required specifications. Recognize design and manufacturing problems and errors and apply corrective actions. Contribute to the research and analysis of new technologies and topologies to enhance design capabilities. Support the generation of microwave products by using the appropriate processes, procedures, and tools through the development life cycle.
You Will Be Accountable For
• Design and development of microwave receiver-related multifunction assemblies.
• Research and analysis of new technologies and topologies.
• Assist in the creation of product documentation and test methods.
• Set up and perform design verification tests for new products.
• Document Test Results.
• Troubleshoot new circuits and / or new designs.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years minimum experience.
• Experience with engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
• Experience with microwave circuit simulation software and test equipment.
• Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, written and verbal skills
• Project management experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and are able to obtain / maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
