As part of the KanCare Clearinghouse Program, the Transaction Processing Associate III (ES) will perform a variety of duties. The position is responsible for gathering thorough documentation and entering information into various systems
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to:
Analyze the initial applications and reviews (for Family Medical programs) and supporting documentation provided by applicants to determine eligibility for federal and state medical assistance. Investigate the applicant circumstances thorough the use of available computer systems (Databases, registries, and informational deposits) researching records provided by the applicant and their contacts to provide the information about the household income, resources, and expenses upon which the eligibility determination is made.
Entering household information and authorizing eligibility within the Kansas Economic and Enforcement System (KEES). Professional completes determinations using State and Federal regulations to determine eligibility for medical benefits based on financial and non-financial criteria. Document the eligibility decision in the electronic case journal and send appropriate system-based and manual correspondence to customers and representatives explaining the results of the eligibility determination and information regarding appeal rights.
Eligibility Professionals are expected to use knowledge of State eligibility processes, policies, and procedures governing managed care enrollment to communicate with consumers regarding a variety of issues.
Attend training as assigned to develop and enhance current understanding of Kansas Medicaid eligibility programs. Through training and experience, begin to develop expertise in additional areas of determination categories.
Maintain with up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and guidelines.

As the Senior Graphic Designer on the Learning Design Team, your main responsibilities will include overseeing the creation and development of visual elements that align with the organization's branding and professionalism. Your tasks will range from designing visual assets and layouts for learning content to collaborating with the Media Team Lead, Learning Designers, as well as various internal stakeholders
Your role is pivotal in ensuring that all visual materials are engaging and meet the high standards expected by both internal and external audiences. This role involves a blend of creativity, technical skills, and delegation of design duties. Your efforts will help maintain consistency in the brand's visual identity and enhance the overall quality of the learning materials produced by the Cornerstone U division.
In this role you will:
• Craft High-Quality, On-Brand Designs by developing exceptional designs from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Design and produce creative and innovative collateral using engaging graphics and digital assets.
• Design and implement visually compelling layouts and templates for presentations, documents, and other customer-facing materials.
• Mentor other designers by providing guidance on templates and reviewing work as needed.
• Collaborate with peers and colleagues to produce visual content that reflects the brand and meets the evolving needs of the organization.
• Partner with Learning Experience Designers and other key stakeholders to drive best practices in learning and design.

• Expertise in Adobe Software. Skilled in Adobe After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Competent in using MS PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
• Video Editing Skills. Knowledgeable in video editing software like Adobe Premiere and Techsmith Camtasia.
• Previous experience in creating visual designs within a Learning and Development team or organization.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, processes, procedures, and standards in a continuously improving environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent understanding of the importance of maintaining brand guidelines and experience in working creatively within those parameters.
