Job Purpose
As Director or Senior Director for our Digital Consumer Interface Platform (ICE’s Customer Acquisition Suite which includes Mortgage Point of Sale, CRM and Lead Management Systems) solution, you will drive the vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for ICE’s flagship household engagement platform native to the market’s leading loan origination system, Encompass. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Client Success to deliver innovative experiences that improve borrower engagement and increase pull through rates and efficiency for lenders.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Vision & RoadmapDefine and evolve the long-term product strategy for our mortgage ICE Customer Acquisition Suite (ICAS) to meet market demand, regulatory changes, and customer needs. Near term focus will be driving POS enhancements and increased integration into Encompass based workflow.
• Market and Customer InsightLeverage deep understanding of the mortgage industry particularly within Originations—including borrower behavior, lender workflows, and compliance—to shape ICAS direction.
• Go-to-Market StrategyPartner with marketing, sales, customer success and finance to develop and execute effective launch strategies, messaging, and value positioning.
• Product Portfolio ManagementOwn the performance and growth of the full product line, including pricing, packaging, and bundling strategies.
• Competitive IntelligenceAnalyze competitor offerings and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Stakeholder LeadershipAct as a trusted advisor and advocate to the customer internally and externally, and act as a strategic advisor to ICE Mortgage Technology and ICE’s executive team.
Knowledge and Experience
• 10+ years of experience in product strategy or product management, with at least 3 years of experience in digital lending.
• Knowledge of consumer finance, and with a particular emphasis on mortgage origination workflows, borrower experiences, and regulatory environment.
• Proven leadership in defining and launching SaaS products at scale.
• Experience working with enterprise lenders and financial institutions
• Strong communication, analytical, and executive influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred Experience
• Previous leadership role in a mortgage POS or LOS platform company (e.g., Blend, Roostify, SimpleNexus).
• Experience driving user acquisition and engagement strategies in financial services tech.
• Familiarity with Encompass partner ecosystems and integrations (e.g., CRM, underwriting, document management).
California Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role, if located in California, is between $140,000 - 270,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.

SUMMARY:
The Senior Associate Director, Foundations, Corporations & Government Relations (SAD) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for marketing new and existing programs of The Carter Center. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Significant experience in fundraising and grants management for international programs is desired, as is international development program experience.
• Experience working with U.S. and other government donors, multilateral agencies, private foundations, and donors headquartered in Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East is preferred.
