We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Ultrasonographer with prior experience in fertility or reproductive medicine to join our growing team.

• Key Responsibilities :
Perform follicular, gynecological, and early obstetrical ultrasound exams.
Prepare patients by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and understanding.
Set up, adjust, and operate ultrasound equipment, manually maneuvering appropriate transducers to perform exams.
Implement safety standards and perform appropriate quality control procedures.
Perform routine and complex studies, assisting in a variety of imaging procedures.
Identify significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and equipment limitations.
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and promptly report any malfunctions or potential issues.
Submit high-quality images and documentation to the EMR in a timely manner.
Help maintain a clean and organized department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, and dressing rooms.

• Requirements :
Graduate of an accredited medical radiography or diagnostic medical sonography program.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OB / GYN Sonographer (fertility experience strongly preferred).
ARDMS certification in OB / GYN specialty (required).
Current BLS certification (required upon hire).
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Functions:

We are a growing CPA firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team.
Schedule
• Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (25 hours/week)
• Additional requirement: One late virtual meeting on Monday evenings
• Temporary full-time coverage: One month of full-time hours to cover a medical leave (advance notice will be provided)
Compensation

Key Responsibilities

Surgical techs are an integral part of a hospital’s healthcare team, and act as a surgeon’s right hand. They prepare surgical equipment and help surgical assists and surgeons before, during, and after a surgical procedure. Some on-the-job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordinating with multidisciplinary facility team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records, and providing individualized, non-judgemental, non-discriminatory care to all patients, families, and staff.
To apply as a surgical technologist with Nomad, you must have an active National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting- or National Center for Competency Testing-issued certification or active first assistant certification from NBSTSA, NCCSA or ABSA, as well as evidence of at least one year of experience as a General surgical tech or first assistant, and evidence of one year of experience within your specialty/modality within the past three years. If you are not certified, you must have at least 10 years of surgical tech experience, but it is ultimately up to each facility whether or not they accept non-certified surgical techs. In addition, you must have graduated from an accredited school within your discipline, and score 80% or higher on all Nomad Health competency exams.
