Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, competitive energy, and the ability to communicate professionally.
This will be a 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10pm schedule.
Duties
- Must be able to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish
- Engage customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling effectively.
- Strong business development skills with an understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
