The Senior Business Systems Analyst - Remote provides leadership in the development, optimization, and support of clinical applications, business processes, and associated technologies. **Required Qualifications:**
+ 7+ years of experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) (preferably Clinisys/Sunquest, including system setup, support, and maintenance)

Provide coaching and guidance to agents on call handling, documentation, and adherence to compliance standards
Guide agents in effectively leveraging digital resources to enhance the consumer experience
Maintain and enhance agents' knowledge of systems, tools, and processes
Deliver engaging coaching activities that promote comprehension and skill development
Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a positive organizational culture
Participate in peer feedback sessions to foster continuous improvement
Collaborate on projects related to systems, processes, and inter-departmental initiatives
Serve as a role model for agents by exhibiting exemplary attendance, participation, attitude, and teamwork
Perform additional duties as necessary to accomplish company and business segment objectives

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience (3+ years in a sales and/or call center environment)
Possession of, or ability to obtain within 90 days, relevant licenses such as Health, Life Insurance, or other appropriate state licenses
Demonstrated success in a Direct-To-Consumer Agent role, call center, or production environment for a minimum of 1 year
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding objectives
Proven ability to embrace change and quickly acquire new knowledge and skills
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization
Solid relationship-building skills and a knack for problem-solving
Proficient in technical and computer skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
Uphold a solid work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Proven history of successfully collaborating with peers to achieve site goals
Hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week in Miami, FL
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits re subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $21.63 to $48.08 per hour based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
