General Function:
- The CRM Targeting Specialist will support and drive the email, direct mail, SMS/MMS and digital targeting lists production process, coordinate the delivery of material/assets and confirm required activities are completed to meet deadlines.

Major Duties And Responsibilities:
- Manage asset receipt and validation in workflow tool, internal campaign sign-off, and timelines
- Create campaign target audience list in IBM Unica 12 tool to be delivered across different platforms (e.g Oracle Responsys, ext. vendor via SFTP/API)
- Ensure overall success of daily operations
- Serve as contact for all day-to-day email production item across multiple Optical brands (e.g LC, TO, PV)
- Actively participate in weekly production meetings with cross functional team members
- Set up email deployments including: A/B Subject line testing o Set up send time optimized deployments
- Produce customer target audience list counts to size business opportunities upon business request for all communication channels (e.g email, DM, SMS, digital targeting)
- Work with other departments/partners (e.g IT CRM, TAB IT, Marketing, compliance) to ensure technical data flows are working and process are properly performed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Analytics, or related field
- 3+ Years of Experience
- Experience trafficking activities across multiple team members/functions
- Experience using a trafficking tool or production management software to coordinate activities
- Ability to problem solve and exercise critical thinking in a technical environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects from start to finish
