The Barista is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through friendly, efficient service while maintaining ParkX brand standards. This role serves as a guest relations ambassador, ensuring a welcoming environment through professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail. The Barista supports daily operations by preparing beverages, handling point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional, and engaging service to all guests and associates at all times
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with brand standards and recipes
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and service areas
- Uphold company standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance
- Adapt to changes in work areas and operational procedures with a positive, flexible attitude
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve existing ones
- Identify and resolve routine operational issues independently; ask for assistance when needed
- Actively support team members and assist with additional duties as required
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures at all times
- Properly handle keys, equipment, and materials in accordance with established protocols
- Use safe lifting techniques and follow guidelines for handling heavy objects and carts
- Safely use, store, and handle cleaning chemicals and supplies

- Serve as a guest relations ambassador, reinforcing a positive and welcoming environment

Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
