If you thrive on creating opportunities, winning new business, and exceeding quota, this role is for you.
**Responsibilities**
**What You Will Do!**
+ Own and execute the full sales cycle for net-new logo acquisition within your assigned territory.

+ Position NetSuite’s ERP, CRM, Accounting, Professional Services Automation (PSA), and ecommerce solutions by connecting technology to measurable business outcomes.
+ Build executive relationships with CFOs, Controllers, COOs, founders, owners, and operations leaders.
+ Develop compelling business cases, proposals, and presentations that demonstrate clear ROI.
+ Lead negotiations and successfully close complex software agreements.

+ Partner closely with Business Development Representatives, Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize revenue opportunities.
+ Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
**What We're Looking For!**
The ideal candidate is a motivated hunter with a proven track record of generating pipeline, winning new business, and managing complex SaaS sales cycles.
+ 1+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales experience.
+ Demonstrated success closing net-new business.
+ Experience managing opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.

+ Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasts.
+ Experience selling ERP, accounting, CRM, financial management, PSA, ecommerce, or other business application software.
+ Proven ability to build self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting.
+ Success selling to finance, operations, or executive-level decision makers.
+ Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational and financial challenges into technology solutions.

**What Makes Someone Successful Here!**
+ Consistently create their own pipeline—not just work inbound leads.
+ Are highly disciplined in territory planning, prospecting, and forecasting.
+ Build credibility quickly with executive buyers.
+ Focus on business outcomes rather than product features.
+ Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
+ Continuously learn and adapt to new industries, technologies, and customer challenges.
+ Take ownership of results and are motivated by exceeding ambitious sales goals.
**Why Join Netsuite**
+ Sell the industry’s leading cloud ERP platform.
+ Join Oracle’s world-class sales organization with exceptional training and career development.
+ Work alongside experienced sales leaders, solution consultants, and enablement teams invested in your success.
+ Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential.
+ Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for long-term career growth.
+ Be part of a collaborative culture where innovation, inclusion, and customer success drive everything we do.
