Position Requirements:

Skills & Experience:
- Pleasant telephone manner with the ability to be persuasive with telephone sales skills

Job Overview
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team in driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening guest relationships. - Ability to multi task and prioritize in a busy environment
- Must be able to build and maintain credibility and relationships with customers (internal and external)

Job Overview
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team in driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening guest relationships. This role involves coordinating sales initiatives, assisting with marketing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and serving as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and external partners. The coordinator ensures smooth execution of hotel promotions and contributes to meeting revenue and occupancy goals.
Key Responsibility
- Assist the Sales team with proposals, contracts, rate agreements, and follow-up communication with clients.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, reports, and performance tracking.
- Manage group blocks, event inquiries, and liaise with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain and update the client database (CRM) to ensure accuracy.
Marketing Support
- Support digital and print marketing campaigns, including social media, e-mail marketing, and on-property promotions.
- Assist with content creation (e.g., newsletters, blog posts, visuals) in line with brand standards.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Administrative & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide professional and timely responses.
