As a Meat Wrapper / Sanitation team member at our Alexandria, Virginia warehouse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our meat department runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. ### What You'll Do You'll start each day by inspecting and reassembling equipment that was sanitized the night before, reworking the display case, and rotating product. Your responsibilities include restocking meat room supplies and handling boxes of meat that can weigh up to 70 pounds (and occasionally up to 99 pounds). You'll stock meat display cases while following department production procedures to maintain quality and consistency. Using automatic wrapping machines, you'll take large trays of packaged meat from wheeled racks and place individual packages into the machine.
