As a Workday Department Analyst II, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing efforts for Workday projects, including developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules across modules such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. This role involves creating and coordinating detailed test scenarios and cases with functional and technical teams, driving testing activities from kickoff through all phases to closure while ensuring defined entry and exit criteria are met, overseeing defect management processes from identification through resolution, and providing clear reporting on test progress, results, risks, and issues to project management and stakeholders.

• Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for Workday projects.

• Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.
• Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact and identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
• Develop special reports and recommendations.
• Provide input in the development of operational plans, procedures and systems.
• Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain awareness of and comply with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or a related field and two years of statistical analysis experience

A caregiver in this position works part-time days from 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. + on-call with every other weekend and holiday rotation requirements.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
• Recommend and execute complex policies and procedures with the supervisor to ensure timely and accurate patient registration resolution.
• Provide general oversight and direction for caregivers to ensure daily operational support.
• Rotate to different locations/hospitals based on staffing needs.
• Identify and utilize appropriate reports to contact insurance payers for resolution of accounts with registration issues with a minimal need to escalate issues internally.
• Assist with and resolve patient inquiries or complaints.
• Recommend and provide input to execute Patient Access programs according to changes in insurance regulations and data obtained from various departments and physicians regarding issues including registration.
• Assists the site manager /supervisor with the daily operational activities of patient access.
• Identify patient registration issues and resolve or initiate necessary follow up.
• Implement service recovery efforts as appropriate.
• Rotate in the on-call coverage and covers call-offs within the department.
• Independently staff all patient access areas at any facility, including front desk, admitting office, ER registration and cashier.
• Train caregivers and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and completion of departmental audits, reports, and QA.
• Functions as a Super User.
• Handles coaching based on compliance metrics and also oversees cashiering duties as necessary.
• Provide registration and cash collection access in Epic
• Complete operational tasks, including staff schedules, working reports, performing compliance and denial audits, working reports, handling call offs, allocating work/resources and time and attendance entries.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Four years of experience in a customer facing role with in-person or phone contact OR previous work leader experience with demonstrated competence in personnel management. An Associate’s Degree may substitute one year of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree may substitute two years of experience
• Basic PC software application knowledge and the ability to use multiple data systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology sufficient to understand physician orders or complete a course within one year

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
